コーディングについての基本的な考え方
コーディングラボでは欧米のMINTメンバーの指導のもと、過去のTNTでコーダーを担当した複数のトレーナーを中心に協議を重ね、厳密な結果の提示に努めています。
結果の解釈についてMINTホームページから注意点を要約してご紹介しますので参考になさってください(深刻な誤訳があればお知らせいただければ幸いです)。
『コーディング結果は「提出されたサンプルにおいて示されたスキルのレベル」を表すもので、カウンセラーの臨床上の実践能力そのものとして一般化することはできません。というのも、カウンセラーの行動にはクライアントの特性や状況の難しさなど多様な要因が影響するからです。MITIは疫学研究における介入の質を担保するために開発された側面があり、個人の横断的な評価として用いる際には解釈に注意が必要です。』

“Evaluation record”
We provide “Evaluation record” based on the latest version of Motivational Interviewing Treatment Integrity Code (MITI).
Evaluation record help you have the basic data for:

Reflection of your practice

Your research activity

Supervision
Etc.
We also give you back the feedback comment for reference.
Our expertise is based on the steady learning, research, and practice for more than 5 years. We have coded more than 100 samples, having discussion between coders every week. The coders are trained to be thorough with the correct application of the manual. The training includes the gold standard case coding in English to achieve enough reliability in the coding results. Also, the coders occasionally have the direct discussion with English speaking coders to assure the valid results.
Those who wish to have the case evaluated, please follow the application form. Applicants should hand in:

This coding lab provides the best-available data based on the MITI manual and supervision. The results are kept under close observation of senior members with good experiences as MINT endorsed TNT coders.

評価証明は、カウンセラーが自分の面談の録音と書き起こしを添えて所定の申し込み手続きを行うことで、コーディングラボが評価した得点・フィードバックが返されるものです。コーディングラボでは数年間にわたってMITIを用いた動機づけ面接の評価ノウハウを蓄積してきました。評価の信頼性を担保するため、マニュアルの運用はもちろん、コーディングラボ内における評価者の質の担保に努めています。
